Jason loves the enthusiasm and energy that comes from negotiating real estate on behalf of his clients. Whether first time home buyers, experienced sellers, or sophisticated investors, the art of negotiation begins with understanding client’s needs, followed by clear communication skills and effective results with happy customers.
Jason advises clients based on 30 years of successful business and real estate experience. As a business owner, Jason and Kristen owned and managed a very successful construction company. After the company merged with its largest client, Jason became its Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for national operations, engineering, construction, and new industrial development across the U.S. Jason specialized in contract negotiations of key customers, operational excellence, and client care in the data center industry. In early 2014, Jason was integral in the negotiation, merger and acquisition with NTT Communications. He continued in his role through integration with NTT until 2015.
Jason is thrilled to return his passion and experience to our local community through helping clients negotiate the best possible real estate deal through win-win communication skills. His favorite part of working in real estate is having the joy of working side by side with his wife, Kristen, in a collaborative team environment. He also holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from CSU, Sacramento.
