Absolutely Amazing!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My husband and I decided to sell a property. From the moment the Weckworth’s made their presentation (to earn our confidence, and subsequently our business), their impeccable work ethic, proactive approach to communication, impartial communication pertaining to the potential  buyers, ease of document signing process… I could go on! They really have their finger on the pulse of their client, their industry (as was experienced in the presentation and throughout the process), and absolute professionalism in every way. Specific items that were particularly helpful: Staging assistance. Great advice to help us see it through a buyers eyes. Repair assistance (for the few small repairs that were needed). Proactive communication. Quick response time for anything (questions, help, etc.). Keeping in contact to make sure we were on track with various items throughout the process. We were so ecstatic with their representation we have already recommended them to assist a family member with buying a house (as we know our elderly family member’s best interests will be protected in the process). Buying/Selling a house can be overwhelming while working, raising a family, doing life, etc. However, that is not the case when working with Jason and Kristen. You can maintain your workload, focus on your family and your move. They will gently carry you over the finish line. It was less like a business transaction and more like we had a family member on our team helping us from beginning to end.
